Megan Sprout, Registered Massage Therapist
I strongly believe that massage therapy is a very effective way to treat a number of physical ailments, as well as to promote health and well-being through stress relief and relaxation.
Megan Sprout has partnered with Luxe as a new and enthusiastic registered massage therapist. After completing a 3000 hour program and achieving the honour of outstanding performance on her board exams, she is very excited to be practicing at Luxe in Yaletown.
Each session is specifically focused to address the unique needs of each client. In her treatments, Megan employs a variety of modalities including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish relaxation, hydrotherapy, stretching, and joint mobilization.
She has a passion for educating and empowering clients to maintain and improve their long term health through both massage therapy and self care.
Megan comes from a family of athletes and enjoys running, yoga, and kicking the soccer ball around with her dog Henry.
Each visit will include an updated assessment of the presenting complaint, the massage treatment, and assignment of homecare exercises.
